We do not guarantee business success, sales, revenue, ad returns, funding or government approvals. Registration and virtual office services are subject to eligibility and applicable requirements.

Prices are shown before you pay and include GST where stated. Projects follow the agreed milestone payment schedule. Government and third-party fees are extra unless stated.

Provide accurate information and documents on time, and use the platform lawfully. Delays in your inputs may extend timelines.

On full payment, agreed deliverables and source code (where applicable) are handed over to you. Zyntiqo's platform, brand and tools remain ours.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
