Return & Refund Policy

If you cancel before work on your project begins, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, minus any payment processing charges.

Projects are billed in milestones (30% at start, 60% after major completion, final balance on delivery). Payments for milestones already completed are not refundable. Unused amounts for work not yet started may be refunded.

Government fees, registration charges, domain, hosting and other third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable once paid.

Free consultations carry no charge. Paid consultations can be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Email us with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
